LiveHelp

We provide a LiveHelp service to hopefully make your day a little easier. We are happy to send you links to the information and forms you are looking for. Simply click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner, read and answer our pre-chat questions, then click “Start Chatting” to speak with one of our helpful agents. We are real people at Montana Legal Services Association, not bots. 

LiveHelp is open during MLSA's Helpline hours: Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 1pm. When the chat icon is blue, we have someone online and available to chat with you. When it is gray you can use the form to send us an email and we will respond within 2-3 business days. If you don't see the chat icon, this means that our LiveHelp service is unavailable.
