Healthy Homes Maintenance Checklist

The National Center for Healthy Housing created a Healthy Home Maintenance Checklist to help make sure that your home that is dry, safe, well-ventilated, free from contaminants and pests, and properly heated. 

Good home maintenance can reduce allergens, prevent illness, and prevent accidents. This checklist provides basic guidelines. Items may need to be checked more often depending on local conditions and manufacturer recommendations.
