Appeal if Denied Veterans' Benefits

Do you know that if you are denied veterans' benefits, you can appeal? You can appeal if you didn't get benefits for a disability you think began in service. You can appeal if you think your disability is worse than the VA rated it. Those aren't the  only reasons you can appeal. You can appeal for other reasons, too.

For more information, please visit the Veterans and Military section of If you can't find the information you want, click on the "LiveHelp" button. Or call the Montana Legal Services Association HelpLine at 1(800) 666-6899.
