The First Judicial District Legal Advice Clinic is organized by the Pro Bono committee of the First Judicial District. The clinic provides free legal assistance to people with limited income who are representing themselves in any civil legal matter.
The Gallatin Legal Assistance Clinic (GLAC) is an independent program organized by a group of Gallatin County volunteer legal professionals. GLAC provides free legal assistance to people with limited income who are representing themselves in family law legal matters.
The Legal Clinic is staffed by a licensed attorney and will provide limited scope representation at a flat fee rate. The Legal Clinic aims to serve individuals who are looking for help with legal issues, but do not want to retain an attorney for full representation.The Clinic provides legal advice, drafting of legal documents and help in preparing for court appearances. The Legal Clinic is available by appointment only. Those interested in making an appointment should call 406-356-6546.

The WMBA Legal Advice Clinic provides free legal assistance to people with limited income who are seeking help with family law matters, including adoption, guardianship, parenting and dissolution of marriage. Clinics are held monthly. See the flyer for more information.
