Who We Are

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel provides intake, investigation and prosecution of claims of attorney misconduct. Complaints may be made against any attorney licensed to practice law in Montana. The Office of Disciplinary Counsel does not provide any legal representation or legal advice. All complaints should be made in writing. Upon request, you may receive a packet of information on how to file a complaint, including answers to frequently asked questions and a complaint form.
