Who We Are
The Montana Human Rights Bureau provides advice and assistance with education, government services, financial transactions, insurance, public accomodations, housing and employment discrimination complaints. Employment discrimination complaints must be based on race color creed religion sex (including maternity, pregnancy and sexual harassment), age, national origin, disability, marital status, political beliefs. Housing discrimination complaints must be based on: race color creed religion sex (including maternity, pregnancy and sexual harassment), age, national origin, disability, marital status, family status. The Montana Human Rights Bureau does not provide assistance on reservations or for discrimination based on sexual orientation.
