MLSA sponsors and staffs several different programs including:

BSAFE - Building Security through Assets and Financial Education
BSAFE is an Individual Development Account (IDA) program for low-income survivors of domestic violence living in Broadwater, Jefferson, and Lewis and Clark Counties.

Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic
The Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic provides free legal assistance to low income taxpayers who are involved in tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

MontanaLawHelp.org
Provides free legal information and a list of local community resources, courts, and legal aid programs.

MontanaProBono.net
MontanaProBono.net is an online legal community that provides information and resources for pro bono attorneys, legal aid attorneys, public defenders, and other legal advocates interested in increasing access to justice.

Family Law Mediation Program
The Family Law Mediation program provides free mediation to low income Montanans. In mediation, you will work with a person called a mediator who will help guide you through your dispute.
